Absolutely amazing customer service, recognized there was an issue with my transmission during a service check and suggested to take it to a business that specializes in transmissions and completely refunded my service check. Absolutely blown away by the kindness of the staff!

I cannot thank the team at My Car enough. I had broken down on the side of the road outside of Shepparton on my way to camping on the Anzac Day long weekend. I called and they were incredibly helpful and even being so close to closing time on a long weekend, offered to help. Every other mechanic in the area turned me down. I had my car towed there and inspected. The boys tirelessly looked for the source of the problem and eventually found it. They fixed it on the spot and I was on my way to continue my weekend. I asked for the cost of having my car up and running again. (I was thinking, long weekend, three mechanics, 1 hours labour for each, petrol all over the factory floor). To which I was told, 'no cost, have a great weekend away' and they were very insistent on that. Fantastic, old fashioned customer service that just does not happen anymore. They didn't owe me a thing but they have left a lasting impression on me. Will definitely be stopping in to say hi on my way through shep next time.

I came in today, my car was making a weird noise, these guys were kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule and have a look for me. Fixed the issue and were so kind through the process, didn't make me feel silly for not knowing car things. Will definitely be returning for my next service.

Called up last minute a few weeks ago as I had a small puncture in my tyre and had to get back home to Nagambie. Gordon fit me in straight away, when I went to pay he said not to worry about it. We will definitely be back, such a genuine act of kindness.

Had my car broke down in KFC Shepparton, was desperate as my mate and I had a flight to catch. We looked up the closest mechanic and found this place. Walk there, told them what happened, old mate and his son Ben walked to my car and trying their best to fix it. Unfortunately it was the starter motor and we were out of luck to start the car. But the graciousness of them coming to the car itself and trying to fix the problem was top notch. We appreciate your efforts nonetheless!
