I'm glad I did two searches for electricians because DLK Electrical came up on the second search. I rang Dylan at 8.30am (he answered straight away too - on one ring) and the problem I had with the exhaust fan was finished by 11.30. Jamie and Sammy were just fantastic to deal with, professional, on time, worked cleanly and respected my house by taking their shoes off without me having to say anything. Can't thank Dylan and the team enough. Will definitely be using again - in fact they have gone straight into my phone storage. Thank you very much for old fashioned service which is rare these days. Oh and they were happy to look at another problem which I didn't mention in the initial call which will be resolved by installing new lights as one is faulty.

We have a rule where we ask tradies to take their shoes off. This is a deal breaker for us and it was not an issue with him. It shows he respects our wishes and our home.4. Work quality. Some tradies mouths move faster than their hands. Dylan and his team is the opposite.5. Goes over and above the job. He found out that one of our oven light bulb was not working and he changed it for us without charge.6. Advise. He gave us advise and ideas on other electrical questions we had.7. Peace of mind. When the job was done, he explained what was done, potential future issues if any and what he did to prevent them from happening and if there was an issue with the work later to just contact him.8.
