I feel very upset and will never go back.I was told 2 patients are in front of you there will be a 20-30min wait"after an hour I politely asked how many people were in front and there were still 2 people.She totally gave me false hope. Again

Had quite a disappointing experience trying to take my three year old here for a flu shot. Was running 5-10 minutes late so called well in advance to ask if this was okay and was told no worries. Was not told anything along the lines of “that’s fine the doctor is over an hour behind”. Came in and realised I’d forgotten a mask so I profusely apologised and asked if I might be able to grab one from them. The receptionist gave me a horrible look, shook her head and said “no.” and then thrust a new patient form at me. Literally had masks in my car and could have easily ran out and grabbed one if she’d said “no sorry we don’t have any available to patients but the doctor is running very behind so you have time to go and get one”…Anyway, filled out the form and then sat for an hour with my bored three year old waiting to be seen. Would have been great to know how long was ahead of us so I could have taken my daughter for a walk outside, popped to the chemist or grabbed a coffee. Understand doctors are busy at this is par for the course at a bulk bill clinic but just a heads up would have been great!

I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. I must say that I will not be going anymore. I'm kinda fed up with their huge long delays. My last appointment which I had made in advance by a week was delayed by an hour. That topped it for me. The doctors are nice seem to know what their doing but the clinic cannot commit to appointment times. This is it's huge downfall. Things do happen and a wait is expected but there is no priority for patients that have even booked due to other committments which is a huge disappointment.

I had to wait a little longer than my appointment time but when I did get seen, Dr Michael was 100% focused on me and I felt he really cared and was committed to helping me with my issues. It was my first time at this clinic but I felt really comfortable and he made me feel like I was important.

Our family has been fortunate to have Dr Michael take care of us for 26 years.Dr Michael is thorough, professional and caring and has helped and guided us in many aspects of our life including mental health and physical health, he always refers you to the correct professionals to deal with problems as they arise giving you comfort knowing you have had the appropriate tests and examinations needed, he makes sure you completely understand what is going in with your health.Thank you to Wendy and all the reception staff. We highly recommend this professional clinic.

I giving 4 stars because when they say your appointment is 12pm they really means 1pm, they need to like make the appointments further apart so there is not much delay, but the doctors are great, they love a bit of char and the receptionist are great as well.

Dr Michael has been my doctor for 4+ years now, he is by far the most knowledgeable and caring doctor Ive seen with my condition, he understand's which is hard to find. He will be my doctor for as long as he is a practising GP, I hope that's a long time. Thankyou Kindly Dr Michael for all your on-going help thus far with me. It is very much appreciated. Benjamin

I was absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received from the doctor , told him what was wrong with me … I believed it to be gastro vomiting etc had passed but felt terrible still … was asked what you doing here why didn’t I just go to the chemist !!!! My reply well your the doctor was hoping you could suggest something to help me feel better (as I had tummy cramps and was hoping to be checked out .) no just looked at me and told me to get gastro stop , no said again that’s all stopped now … just glared at me so I said thanks and left . I will never return made me feel I was in the wrong for attending .

I have been going to this clinic for 20 years. Dr Michael is my personal GP, and he is the best Doctor I have ever seen. I highly recommend him. He takes his time with you, offers the best advice tailored to your needs and circumstances, and doesn't rush you. Dr. Michael takes his time to get to know his patients, in order to provide holistic care. This is a Dr worth keeping. Thank you Dr Michael.
