Best quality local Taroom grown beef at this butcher's shop run by one of the town's most pleasant couple.Their quality Tarooms premier beef producing area first discovered by famous explorer Ludwig Leiçhardt and he markèd his initials on the second most fàmous tree in Australia .Thus Taroom is Australia's premier Droightmaster producer these dairyAJS location is shop 6 in the town's historic arcade in the main St opposite the Leichardt tree and only outstanding beef is available. Taroom is located on the Dawsonr River (Qld's longest river)The Droightmaster auctions are one of the town's highlights with 2019 sales averaging over $10000.00 per head !!!!!Taroom is qld's second oldest town established in 1844 just behind Ipswich .AJ's reflect the quality beef producing area and the accumulated knowledge passed on over near 2 centuries generation afteŕ generation. AJ's meat is available when dining at the Cattle camp motel and restaurant due to their quality and dedicated chefs--- never had a complaint about the huge rumps and rib fillets yet.
