Awesome products, couldn’t get fresher mussels, did them meunière, absolutely scrumptious. Prawns and oysters were fantastic too.

Jervis Bay Shellfish Market
Very disappointed with the dozen Coffin Bay oysters I have purchased. 4 had opened, 4 were dried out and the 4 remaining oysters were only just ok. I should have known when buying them. One net was returned to the tank by the sales person to be replaced with my dozen. Obviously I was not a local who would not come back. Well I am not a local but disgusted that they were sold to me AND I certainly won't be back.

Fresh and tasty dry shucked oysters, and great Qld prawns. Will be back. Awesome to see biodegradable packaging being used. I hope people recycle the lids.

What an amazing experience. Jody is amazing. She took us for a tour, explained everything about the mussel and oyster process. I can’t speak highly enough of her. Thank you so much Jody. Also, the oysters and mussels are next level fresh and tasty. Can’t recommend this place enough

Jervis Bay Shellfish Market
Very disappointed with your frozen oysters I purchased from Woolworths in the freezer section. They are tiny! Just as well they are in a sealed box you can’t see in as I would have never purchased them if I had been able to see how small the shells were. Most of the oysters were the size of a 20c / 50c piece. Charging $19 for 6 is a bit rich. Hopefully you can improve on this for your future customers.

Jervis Bay Shellfish Market
We ordered mussels, oysters and prawns (cooked and raw) and the quality of the product was amazing. The mussels were the best ones I have ever had in Australia. They also recommended a curry sauce for their cooked prawns that was delicious. We will definitely come back.

Jervis Bay Shellfish Market
We have visited this place frequently during our stay in Vincentia. Their produce are Sydney Oyster, Pacific Oyster, local mussels and prawns. We prefer the Sydney rock oysters because of their size in general but when they were sold out one day (because we were late) their Pacific Oysters did not disappoint either. We'll certainly be back here again and it's right next door to the Jervis Bay Brewery and Flamin Galah Brewery is not far either, while you're here. Raw or cooked Oyster Kilpatrick their oysters are delicious!!!

We discovered this place by a happy accident. The oysters were so fresh and tasty we didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before I had to go back to get another dozen!! High recommended the freshly shucked oysters and the tiger prawns. Great service as well!
