Having been transferred here for work, we have been staying in the apartment since the 3rd Feb while waiting for our furniture to arrive so it's been our home away from home.It's perfectly located, park just across the road which has lights on at night so night trips to the park in the fresh air were amazing, just a few minutes walk to woolies, drakes etc.Beds are super comfortable.Cleaner is nice, he does a great job.WiFi is fast.You will not regret staying here.100% will be recommending to our friends and family when they come to visit.

Relaxing like staying in own home, even cleaner than my own house.Very clean and neat; homey feeling; generous supply of coffee and tea for full day recharge; near to supermarket and kids playground.

The place was spacious and looked cleaned as what the others have experienced. It is centrally located and convenient. We would have given that a five star but the overall experience in terms of interaction and booking wasn't the most pleasant experience.

The Haven was a perfect stop on a long road trip. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and whisper quiet. I cannot recommend the Haven enough. From the booking process to checking in and a restful stay it was all effortless and Kylie delivered on the promise . We look forward to staying again.

Fraud ChargesI have stayed in the Hotel on 27 Feb and paid all the money through booking.comI wrote a good review alsoafter 7 daysThe Manager sends me a message that she has taken extra $50.75 for stain in Bedsheet on 7th March 2022.Two main things of concern1) How can she inform me after 7days of me leaving the hotel for the mess. How can I believe it is mine.2) Just because she has my debit card details she cannot charge me extra without even asking me or authorising.My wife is a Doctor lives about 100 days in Hotels in Australia. But no one ever charged me like this ever.Feel complete cheated.
