Cherine is just plain amazing! I have tried that many massage therapists in the past its not funny. Cherine was the first therapists in years that actually listened to my problems, and talked to me on a personal level about the why" things aren't doing their job properly. There was no B/S

Cherine started working on my right knee pre replacement surgery. She made a massive difference from day one with my mobility and swelling. Using manipulation techniques and taping my damaged knee, stopped me limping almost immediately. Carried on with my treatment after surgery and the difference she’s made has been awesome. Again taping my leg to drain excess lymph. I would definitely recommend Cherine and Correct Body Mechanics anytime. I actually have recommended them to friends. Having tried other physiotherapists for a sustained period of time with no results. I thought that anything other than surgery would not produce results, until my pre surgery sessions with Cherine who was able to significantly reduce my pain and build strength in my knee which supported quicker and more effective recovery after surgery.

I had my first remedial massage with Cherine yesterday. It was great. She really listened to my body and focused on problem areas. I will definitely be booking with Correct Body Mechanics in the future!
