Nobody answer the phone

Grasshopper are on point in terms of service, every time. From efficient, knowledgable office staff to friendly drivers and offsiders. Waste removal for our business is a total breeze!

Have been a commercial customer for a number of years. They recently lost the card needed to access our rubbish and requested a replacement, which I arranged. But the task of arranging the driver to pick up the access card could not be completed even after multiple attempts at doing so. This has resulted in a build up of rubbish that is now at an unacceptable volume, and My business is now in possible legal troubles because of either the complacency or incompetence of grasshopper.It should also be mentioned that even though the multiple attempts to have the access were not successful for what ever reason, I was still charged for the service. My patience has been completely worn out and my next act is to involve fair trade.I have just been notified of yet another incident. Arrangements were made for a driver to meet on site between the hours of 3-4am for which my business partner stayed awake to do. When no contact was made he went to bed. I rang the grasshopper office to find out what happened and was informed that the driver attempted to contact my business partner at 6am but no one answered. I was then informed that the driver was still in the area and could meet on site at 7am. I then rang my business partner and woke him up so he could get to the venue in time. To top this off the driver insisted my business partner help him with the rubbish due to the amount.So we were expected to stay awake all night to wait on a driver who clearly had zero regard for us the customer, then when he was made aware of the amount of rubbish that needed removing, insisted the customer help him do his job?If only we could leave a worse review than 1 star.Sincerely

From personal experience I can highly recommend these guys- they are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile- nothing is too much trouble. They offer great service and deliver what they promise.
