They answered all my questions even though I think some of them were already nonsense or repetitive, I am quite the overthinker I know hahaha. Then, I ended up saying that I don't have enough funds just to test how patient they are. Imagine, you are talking to that person for a week then at the end she'll just say that she can't buy due to lack of funds? How annoying, right? But they are very understanding and even kindly offered different options like the buy now, pay later. I chose the installment method and waited for my package to arrive. The package arrived after 5 days of placing the order. And I was and still super happy with the pieces that I've got! Top-tier quality and design!

Although I was wary at first to work with this brand— they stayed in contact and were consistent in their products! My only negative is that I did not like the jewelry, but that is just my personal preference !

This is an ambassador shipping scam! They will ask you to rep their brand and give you free (cheap product from china) then charge you a ludicrous amount for “eco” shipping. Do not fall for it! I unfortunately did. Google the scam. There are several reputable articles.
