I recently purchased the Paddock Leaf Blower Vacuum from Scintex. Despite my hesitation in buying a product I could not see or touch, the boys were extremely obliging to crack one open from its crate and set it up fully for a booked in yard trial. All this with no obligation to purchase - I did & it works great ! Just now waiting for a few accessories.

I purchased the 900w variable speed household water pump last week and finally got to install it this weekend past. The process was easy especially with the provided piping. I have left it in auto mode and it is working brilliantly. Good pressure throughout the house and so quiet compared with my previous pump. Scintex provided excellent service. I rang and left a message, they got back to me fairly promptly and I completed the order over the phone and paid when i picked it up. The staff were helpful and polite.

Extremely poor service & communication after the product was purchased, with additional delivery costs added to existing delivery cost. Required considerable effort to chase up & track down. Delivery has not yet been made 9 days from purchase. Delivery is local to Brisbane. My latest consignment advice s that it is now in the hands of a third party unknown. This is totally unprofessional.

I have purchased 2 Honda powered commercial pressure washers and various other pieces of equipment from Scintex previously. Today I purchased a 30m high pressure hose and reel. As usual the quality is top notch and the fittings are all included (I don’t need to go to a third party). I’ve always found the employees a Pleasure to deal with and warehouse pick-up is never a problem. Bought a machine from them, came out missing numerous parts, No instructions, a Faulty battery and having to deal with their support team who take a day to reply only to ask another question. Ended up just giving up on getting the parts and new battery. Only reason they are getting a 2 star is because the machine actually does work.EDIT: 2 months after buying, I still don't have a battery or Trailer Hitch. Talked to the manager on the 12th of april, I was told they would sort it out, that was over 3 weeks ago and still no resolution.

Purchased the paddock flail mower and paid extra freight and delivery costs only for the delivery to be cancelled 4 days in a row without explanation. I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt and after using the item twice it has now packed up on me. Once again after sending in photos and videos and requesting on 5 occassions to receive a callback and update I am still non the wiser. After slaes service is appauling. Now looking at returning the item for a full refund!

I am very happy I found Scintex. I purchased a Paddock wood chipper yesterday. The whole transaction was easy and it was great to be able to pick it up straight away in Brisbane. It was quite easy to assemble although would have been much easier with a helper. The machine performs better than expected, it loves Golden Cane. My neighbour recently bought a Hansa chipper (NZ made I believe) his is a disc type whereas the Paddock is a drum type. The drum style cutter works a lot better on fibrous material like palms. The Hansa cost more than twice the money,is only 13hp and pull start. The Paddock is 17hp with electric start. I am looking forward to my next purchase from Scintex.

Bought a walk behind Trencher have had problems since the purchase . Tried to contact customer support as per there message system. No LuckRang sales / Admin Told had to wait for someone to contact me . Also told customer support doesn’t have a phone line to talk to anyone about my problem . Didn’t hesitate to take our money After Sales Service is non Existent.5 days have past since I contacted their cust service via email . STILL NO RESPONSE .

Absolutely Terrible after sales service. They will not talk to you about warranty issues over the phone. They insist that you do everything via email. I brought the fault to their attention in January, it is now April and I am still waiting for the refund which their employee said they would process in early march. There are places that are cheaper and have better customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
