I was so frustrated today, as I made an appointment and the man had gave me an unrealistic timeframe for an appointment. I even explained to him, that I had another appointment and made sure that he would meet that timeframe. I communicated what I wanted done and when I need to leave the salon. I was so disappointed, because he definitely wasted my time. I wasted for 30mins outside standing, because of Covid rules. But, to my surprise another lady went inside and sat down. While I was told to wait outside until my appointment. Truely unacceptable to give someone a schedule but not be able to meet it. Please be realistic about your time, because wasting someone’s time isn’t a great idea. I ended up leaving, but no apology. Never again.

I have been getting my hair done by Milad for 20yrs+

I came in on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in for a balayage, cut and blow dry. I’m very satisfied with the results, my hair feels so healthy and soft! The service was amazing and the staff are caring and welcoming. Thank you to the team!
