Good as usual. I don't know what else to say really... Big W is Big W. They're all great and they're usually always the same. However I think Miranda Big W has more interesting stuff

Just came in with my mum (5:40 11/2) and the lady greeting at the front was so delightful and had such a glowy personality. Didnt catch her name but you rock!!

It’s a good store well laid out has pretty much everythingJust one issue.. they still have not stopped. or caught the person who goes and buys every unit of the same number from each hot wheels car set.. in other words if there is set with 5 numbered cars 1/5 2/5, and so on.. this turkey will go in and buy every single number 5 so you can’t get the set for your kids. So it’s either an employee buying them, or an employee tipping someone else off when they are coming in, because this happens almost on day 1 of the release of a new set. Why do they do you ask? Because they want to sell them on eBay and inflate the price for those looking to complete the set in the future…not cool…

This is a large big w store but if you are new here it is an easy to find your way around and it is quite hard to find any staff to assist you.The store could certainly be better managed and have staff available to assist customers because i'm sure they lose a lot of business but table just sign it's too difficult to find what i want and leaving

Unhelpful staff. I was looking for an adapter which I could not see on the shelf, so I asked a staff member if they had any stock they bluntly said no, so I proceeded to order a click and collect for a later date. I walk out to my car and on the way receive a text saying my click and collect is ready for pickup. This shows that this item was in stock and the staff were just lazy. Wasted my time and have to make another trip.
