Sorry to say the restaurant was so filthy it smelt. Every table was greasy and covered in food, not to mention seats and even the walls. From counter to table our food was warm at best. We did not finish our food and left.I'm pretty easy going and willing to look past a few things however, this was something else

Wouldnt even put a one star… take your bloody open drive thru 24 hrs sign down and change your opening hours. I always go there and get the same bloody “we not taking orders” even though they took the money on my app. Put a close sign up on drive thru would be nice. CHANGE YOUR HOURS

Under pressure the skill at this outlet is shocking. If it wasn't for the Manager assisting I would still be there waiting after trying to get our meal right........35 minutes!The food was sitting getting cold, Sunday had melted, wrong order provided twice! McDonald's, the last few times has been disappointing. I have held your training of staff as a pillar to recruitment and strength for experience. Your team managers are still trained well, but unfortunately the service and food quality is a 2 star at best. Not only that, certain staff had the body language to suit their negative attitudes and no name badges. When asking for their name, they were reluctant to provide. Unfortunately this trend is becoming normal through other stores as well with the exception of McDonald's Renown Park which have kept up with great service and food.

I was told to wait in the car park for fresh chicken. Got home and opened the box to find burnt chicken. I took one bite hoping it wasn't as bad as it looked, but it was dry as a bone This is fresh? You've just re-fried old chicken. I couldn't go all the way back to get my money, but honestly its the last time I ever go there.

I visited maccas for breaky. What a pleasant surprise. My egg & bacon muffin was so fresh, my coffee was just right. Service was excellent, friendly, polite young lady. The premises were a little lack luster, certainly seen better days but kept clean & tidy. Will be going back.

Similar experience that other reviews here talk about. Cold, undercooked chips, burger with half the ingredients outside the buns, and missing the desserts that were part of the meal box entirely. Waited about 40 minutes for this. Once noticing the lack of desserts, attempted to call to advise them of the issues. Have tried 6 calls so far and still trying. Wonderful service, guys.

Had to wait at least 10 minutes for 3 meals and nuggets. No where near enough staff on. Shop table and floors were extremely dirty, rubbish on floor, the place hadn’t been cleaned for a fair while and we were there at 5.45pm.Roof was dirty near air conditioning vents, place just needs a good clean.Cafe had stuff open on bench and was never used while we were there.Just not a good experience!!

this is a common site at Mcdonald's Fulham how is it possible for a company as big as McDonald let this happen almost ever day an leave it like that McDonald opens at 6AM and that when my wife and i get there so that could only mean it's been like that over night

Flavours are inconsistent. Bit yucky for some reason. Been here 5 or so times. Dirty too unfortunately.
