Love Newmarket saddlery never go anywhere else best rugs sit on horses perfect never hang on one side. The phone staff are brilliant and always have patience with me as I don't know how to order on line. My parcel always arrives when it should. 5 stars deserved

Great store with great range of products at affordable prices just a shame that the last 2 or 3 times I've ordered items they stated available on website hence why I made said order only to be contacted days later and told the items are on back order and should be in at a significant later date. I feel the website should be update to show stock that IS AVAILABLE and stock that is either ON BACK ORDER or NOT AVAILABLE it's not fair people are tricked into thinking items are available now when they aren't. Definitely will never be ordered from them again, and make sure to contact the store to confirm your items are IN STOCK READY TO SHIP before you purchase them, or you'll be waiting forever and be put of pocket so you can't purchase items sooner from another place.

I am seriously disappointed with the lack of support and communication with this company, they just blocked my ability to email them regarding my postage issues- I spent a significant amount of money on rugs which were deemed too heavy to go to my local post office - so I spent 40 min getting them at another location- even after I emailed them twice to see if they could help - but they said to sort it out myself - I would have paid for a courier if given the opportunity and support by this company. I barely write reviews ( unless they are good) but I just had to share my experience this time, so others will not fall into the same issues. Hopefully, this won’t happen again to anyone- and blocking a persons ability to communicate via the contact page and email, only frustrates and disappoints customers even more.

Great customer service and friendly too. Terrific products at reasonable prices and very happy with the dog coats I purchased.

The advice says people typically spend 20 minutes in here.....I've been waiting for my wife to come out of there for what feels like 2 hours, though I think the car clock is in on the conspiracy cause it claims it's only been 12 minutes. I've lost count of the long haired women wearing some sort of hybrid R M Williams active wear outfits clutching pink double stitched leather wallets walking in...there can't be this many Toyota Prados in NSW....

A week stocked site with competitive pricing and friendly staff. This is quite a large store. Beautiful saddles in all styles in stock on display. They also have feed and a delivery service.
