May I please pass on my sincere 'thankyou' and highest commendations.It was extremely refreshing to be served by Erin at the Albury EB Store and experience what can be genuinely assessed as the best customer service enjoyed in such a long time.Erins service was very thorough and she was expert in her advice. We truly appreciated her delightful demeanor, comprehensive knowlege and were happy to come away purchasing a little more than we had perhaps at first intended.To be served with the professionalism and welcoming manner that Erin displayed gave great hope that this valuable level of fabulous service is in our community.Thank you very much. The staff are most helpful here with the knowledge to compliment them. Since adding Afterpay as a payment option, EB have become a much more serious retailer for gamers on a budget.

Same as most other EB stores I've been in. Good size, in a good mall and plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was served by Gus or Gussy?, a few days ago. I came in for a controller and though they had none out front he went into the back and searched through some boxes for me. He was super nice and saved me a trip to another store.

I’ve seen a lot of different staff come and go through this store, but the best part I’ve always noticed is that they always have awesome and enthusiastic staff. New store is awesome with PLENTY of loot for collectors and always plenty of marked down games available. Even if they don’t have what you want in the store, they certainly dog out of their way to find it for you.

Super friendly staff, it's been a decent while since my wife or I played/bought video games but Nick was really helpful and knowledgeable helping us decide on a couple games - even found and referred us to another EB store nearby for one game we wanted to grab that wasn't in stock. The young lady at the counter (didn't catch her name but she had cool nails!) was amazing too, sorted out a new membership card on the spot with details I provided yeeears ago!We generally find shopping centres stressful and can't wait to get out, but this place was great, thanks guys!

Great service, love shopping there, but some of there stuff is more experience then there competitors.

unlike most people I guess, I don't have a console, only pc, so a bit disappointed by the very limited choice of pc games. they seemed to have more pc games at their previous, although smaller, location, and usually with really good specials
