Never have I had a worse experience. The unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced. Look elsewhere for a conveyancer.EDIT - I did not engage Parker & Kissane. They worked on behalf of a vendor for a property I purchased. Our solicited confirmed they sent 14 emails & placed 6 calls over a 3 week period without reply. The real estate agent had to step in & was told they’d just been too busy. They near cost the vendor the sale

I wouldn’t recommend the conveyancer at Casino Parker & Kissane to any one. Especially first time home buyers.The conveyancer was uncontactable, she never returned a phone call or answered any of our emails. Her voice messaging system in her office became our best friend.Important emails were not sent. The email containing our estimated quote and identification process was not sent until after we had signed the contract.That should have been our first red flag.As first time home buyers we had many questions and with the conveyancer being so difficult to get in touch with we felt left in the dark about the whole process. We were left to ask questions to our mortgage broker and real estate agent, who were both amazing and incredibly helpful.Don’t waste your money, and your time.
