I was recommended Geocore by our draftsman. I rang them on the 30th of August and booked in a soil test. They told me they should be able to do it on the following Monday or Tuesday (5th and 6th of September) and they would send me an email to confirm times. No show and no email. I rang them again on that Wednesday (7th) to ask what the go is and they said they were very busy so it would now be the following Monday or Tuesday (12th and 13th) Again they didn't show and I didn't receive an email with my booking confirmation as I'd asked. I rang them again yesterday (14th) and the lady told me that they wouldn't be able to get to it until next week now. I told her I was disappointed and that I will try somewhere else. I run my own business, and it's not hard to maintain an accurate diary and email people when they ask...

I called geocore the day they came back from Christmas break and asked if they could do a BAL rating for my block of land, they organised this promptly, and I was very happy with with the staff for going out of there way in helping me. I highly recommend them.

We commissioned a soil report on the advice of a pool company. Despite the purpose of the report documented as 'for inground pool' the samples were insufficient for this purpose. The company tried to overcharge us, the person who attended to take the samples was rude and our irrigation system was damaged by the auger. Steer clear-I would give 0 stars if I could.

This company provided a letter to the builder that contained inappropriate information for our property. When challenged, they retracted their letter indicating that they were not qualified to provide such a letter.

Wish I can give zero star to the service. They asked me to pay the invoice first, but the report I received is like rubbish so we have to find another soil test company to do the test again. It is time-wasting and they are definitely doing one-off deals.
