Worst service you can imagine!!! So it just happened I waited for a longtime in a line to take cash out and the woman she might be the manager turns me away saying I need to go at the self service checkout and I purposely didn’t go there because of the queue people were there before me I can’t just go in front of them!!! She didn’t even tried to service me or listened to me at all!! If she is the manager I can’t imagine how the other staffs must feel like or even be like!!!!

Very busy store but whenever I asked help, the checkout staff is amazing! Never had the issue in this store. I get everything I wanted. All staff is very friendly and committed to customer service.

Today around 10am, I experienced that I believed to be a racism behaviour from a staff at the register (Europeans looking middle age lady with pony tail slight blond hair).Two customers in front of me were served by her and greeted nicely. She didn't say anything and took straight away the customers shopping bags that they brought from home and she helped them pack away the items, which I found that pretty normal things to do.From the moment she saw me, she already made a comment that she doesn't know which items are mine and which items are belong to another lady in front of me, which clearly separated by the checkout divider on the conveyor belt. I didn't think negatively at that moment and just thought she probably didn't notice/see the checkout divider.When it was my turn, she didn't greet me and when I gestured to hand over my bag, she then refused and said, you can pack it yourself if you want!". And she looked at me again "its up to you"

They make pricing deliberately confusing. They pass on complaints untill you are sick off being stuffed around. Wont go back unless I absolutely have to. Coles, Aldi, footworks, IGA. Much better options.
