I couldn't order fish with vegetables. I had to order them separately. They served chops with vegetables but not fish. Most other restaurants will offer salad or vegetables with all meats.

Nice place, reasonable food, unfortunately they do not cater for and discriminate against disability. I have multiple sclerosis and I only have the use of one hand, therefore I cannot cut up food by myself when ordering my meal I asked the waitress if my steak could be cut up for me, her answer was no I asked her if she could ask the chef, and she did not answer me. When my meal came to the table, my steak was not cut. This was very disappointing. I was hosting a business function and spent over $500 at this venue. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Stopped by for lunch after show at Redlands performing arts center with a group of friends. mixed feelings with the group for the meals and desserts My mains barramundi fish was tasty but the portion was extremely small at $29 the desert said chewy brittle something and there was nothing Brittle and chewy to the desert. Service excellent.. just don’t order fish from mains

Have been there as a part of the work lunch - I have to admit it was pretty poor experience.On a very, very hot day such as today, inside was a hell - as bistro has no air flow, fan, or A/C options. Mate, we are in Australia. No excuse for that. It would be better if plastic cover on windows has been lifted and some airflow would occur.All cutlery and glasses were stained and had reside of detergent on it, some were proper dirty. It would be better if they invested in proper dishwasher/detergent so this can be avoided. Or at least staff could polish it quickly.Only reason for two starts and not one is probably kitchen - food was delicious.In saying that, when you have a good kitchen and offer menu such as Gluten, Dairy free, and vegan stuff, other things should be easily fixable. Do better!

What a wonderful experience.......My daughter booked her 18th birthday and a fabulous time was had by all. Adam was not only professional and courteous but the level of attention that was given to myself and the party i was with was exceptional . The food was amazing and the ease of ordering system was perfect . I would highly recommend The Cleveland Sands Hotel for a fantastic night out .

Had great food and service. Huge thankyou to ‘Jess’ for your professional and friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble in going through the gluten free options that were coeliac safe. The chicken pizza was amazing. You made my dining experience so much less stressful. Thankyou CSH for providing great training to ensure staff can welcome customers accordingly. Lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
