So a booked and paid for holiday prior Covid, happy to assist with making bookings (large booking I might add 14 pax)Then obviously covid effected every traveller !So the saga began the person we dealt with originally had now gone etc etcLast person i spoke to I walked in as NO ONE WHO bother calling me back to discuss my bookingSpoke to Tori who seemed helpful at the start by taking the prior booking details and email I had receivedThis was just May said I would like to plan my trip again using the credit etcI as assured that she would get on to it and help with my planning of my tripGuess that was a line that they use nowadays to get you out of the shop so that they can get more new bookingsAs I have never heard back from her after making a few calls leaving my number and contact details to no avail !!!Still trying to get some sort of credit or re- bookingI guess that’s why a lot of people book on line as customer service is definitely gone out the windowAlan

We went in first thing Thursday morning on the off chance of getting a trip to Bali. They were not able to see us as we didn’t have an appointment. No other customers in the store. We said we could come in later in the morning. They agreed and took our number and details and said they would contact us shortly. Now Friday evening. Still waiting. If staff read this don’t bother calling now.

Waiting for my refund from 2022 September until now 2023 January 10 not news...I called to Manager in charge she tell me she busy will give me a call half an hour, Waiting 2 hours ,No phone call...so..please resolve and respect the customer service that we are over 65 years old, thank you.

I highly recommend Michelle she is extremely knowledgeable and hard working to tailor you the best options for your budget. I can’t thank her enough for re-organising another flight option for me at the last minute when my flight was cancelled by the airline due to a medical emergency. The airline wouldn’t help me at all and I was so grateful to have Michelle in my corner who was quick to arrange an alternative flight and get me where I needed to be. Her customer service is exemplary!

Firstly, this is a long over due review for Michelle at Flight Centre in Kalamunda. Our sincere apologies.We had a trip booked to Europe for 2020 when COVID broke out and accepted a credit with the airline. In 2020, when travel restarted we decided to use the credit and rebook. Unfortunately the airline advised there were no plans for them to recommence flying from Perth so we made the decision to fly from Melbourne. About a month prior to our departure said airline began flying from Perth! As everything was booked we had to go ahead. The travel time to our destination including stopovers took approximately an exhausting 43 hours. Whilst overseas, we tried to contact the airline to change the return trip to fly to Perth. We contacted the Flight Centre branch (Midland) that we had initially booked with and our numerous emails and trying to call went unanswered. We sent an email to the generic Flight Centre store inbox and were lucky enough to have Michelle read it and respond. She very kindly advised she would look into our request. The airline wanted to charge us an additional $856pp. This was in addition to the extra $2200 the airline charged us for the international flight departing Melbourne, the cost of return flightds to from Perth to Melbourne and as we took the credit and not a refund they had had our $12,000.00 for two and a half years! Michelle totally agreed and worked her magic to have that extra cost waived, organised our flights, communicated with us every step and gave us much relief to know our return trip was direct to Perth. We cannot thank Michelle enough, she went above and beyond to assist us and considering our booking was not made through her, still worked really hard for us to make it happen. We would highly recommend Michelle and we will definately be booking through her and the Kalamunda store.

We have dealt with Michelle for all of our past trips either with the Midland or Kalamunda Flights Centre and found her to be excellent and most helpful with her suggestions and very friendly. Whether it is hotel accommodation, tours or sites to see, it is always the customer first.

Very happy booking a holiday next year through Flight Centre in Kalamunda. The representative was very informative and took the time to incorporate all my requests into the booking. Thank you for an excellent service.
