Both children loved katerinas classes. I have to say my 9yr old is much for mindful and has learned how to stay calm. She has a new found love for meditation and uses the techniques she has learnt daily. Lots of fun and also very useful tools she will use for the rest of her life.

Katerina is amazing in what she does. My 5 year old daughter suffers from anxiety and initially started with the relax kids yoga and absolutely loved it! From there she has built a safe and secure bond with Katerina and now we are doing life coaching sessions and are given lifelong tools to be able to cope and manage the situation.Thank you so much for your help and ongoing support.

Katerina was an amazing teacher and mentor, her wellness class is very effective for my 9 year old, helping her build confidence and develop her leadership skills from an young age. We will continue her services in the long term! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Katerina is just amazing. My daughter adores her. She loves Katerina's mindful classes for kids where she can shake it off but also relax and meditate. Katerina is amazing with kids.
