Ana is INCREDIBLE!! You can tell she really knows what she's doing! Wouldn't surprise me if she's been massaging her whole life... I have better results from her than any physio or other practitioner I've been to. They are all really skilled there, but Ana is just exceptional. Walked out feeling like I was floating :) i can't recommend her and this clinic enough.

Had a wonderful massage! Perfect pressure and depth. Felt human again and alleviated my back pain for several days.I've had severe psoriatic arthritis since I was 12. I've had both my hips and knees replaced, my right wrist fused and several other pins, clips and screws in several joints all before turning 30. Needless to say, I also have chronic pain. Some joints are frozen. I have to be very careful and confident a therapist knows what they are doing. They could damage already damaged joints if they aren't trained comprehensively over years. The staff here are all trained, some with further training in TCM and acupuncture.No hesitation recommending this service for both therapeutic or relaxation massage treatment. If it's remedial HBF will cover it.

A much valued Christmas $ gift was booked for a 1.5hr full body massage and foot reflexology. I have had many, many massages all around the world, this one was a HUGE disappointment for the following reasons:- The environment was not run professionally as it resembled a noisy day care/child minding facility…a far cry from the ‘relaxation’ that the signage promised. Adults conversed loudly and despite me mentioning this halfway through my massage when I couldn’t stand it any longer, a child continued to clack around on the hard, wooden floors playing in and out of the curtains, dropping toys and talking noisily. His father was too busy playing on his mobile instead of supervising his child.- I was not asked to complete a client form nor asked about pressure suitability or any pain issues I might have.- The ‘full body massage’ concentrated too much on my back, excluding arms, hands, décolletage and face. Massage was applied through a heavy towel for the majority of the back massage time and therefore not as effective.- The cubicles were small and consequently the curtains scraped along as the masseuse moved around the flimsy table that creaked and rocked during the massage. The garlic breath was not a plus.When paying, the manager was apologetic but sorry ‘Wellness Centre’, your 'game needs to be lifted' if you are going to take clients’ money and purport to be a professional establishment.Altogether it was an unfortunate experience I will not be repeating, would not recommend and not worth a rating.
