I joined ATA along with my daughter just shy of five years ago and went from complete novice to black belt under Ruth and Ben's watch. From the start, I felt that ATA was a great club to be part of with real camaraderie and a genuine 'team' feel.My daughter started as an 11 year old and has thrived in the ATA environment into her teenage years. She is still going strong and if anything is becoming more invested in the club, with Ruth a fantastic role model for her.I found the taekwondo itself to be a real test of body and mind and a great way to build fitness and work hard towards achieving goals. Ruth and Ben are superb teachers and lead all of the ATA instructors with aplomb.

Our little girl has developed confidence in every aspect life. Ben on going support is not one just a teacher but one as a family environment. To believe In the simple way to communicate with children is something I've never seen before. Emma's drive and passion in school has a lot to do with Ben. I cannot praise the ATA highly enough for their commitment and effort.All of my kids (3) are enrolled and I see the benefits in their daily life and their character.Ruth and Ben are very experienced TKD coaches & also highly qualified.They are also parents and they understand very well, how to communicate with the young ones.They are bringing up a new generation of talented young coaches as well which is not an easy task.I am glad that my kids have the privilege to attend this school.
