I was given a loan car by a car yard who uses this business to do their roadworthy certificates.RWC had been done 4 DAYS prior.After an increasing amount of noise coming from front wheel AND loss of brakes, then a wheel nut falling off while driving, I stopped at a Toyota dealer. To the utter shock of their mechanics and myself, the front wheel was MINUTES from falling off!!! 3 out of the 4 wheels were only finger-tight! They said that had I continued to drive, the wheel would have come off, car would probably have rolled, and I would have potentially died or been seriously injured!!The excuse from this business was that their “SENIOR mechanic had worked on the car, but had gone home sick that day”.... so who then was left responsible for checking over that car and signing off on it being roadworthy??Apparently they at first thought I was being over-dramatic, until they saw the video I took of the Toyota mechanic wobbling the wheel around and the whole alloy rim shaved out by the wheel moving around so much!The loss of brakes was very scary and terribly dangerous to myself and other road users, and this could have had a very different ending.I’m very lucky I have a little mechanical knowledge and realised it was serious, stopped driving, and got it checked... a family who may buy the car may not have been so lucky.HOW CAN THIS MISTAKE BE MADE, by a “reputable” mechanic??Absolutely horrific to have been through, completely inexcusable and of the utmost seriousness!AND, I did not even hear from them personally to apologise. Naturally the car salesman was apologetic, knowing that our anger was appropriate given the seriousness of the mistake, and how he’d have felt if it were his family in the car.I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this business! (And there is only 1 star because you have to, to begin the review... otherwise there would be none!)I hope this review saves you from being in danger too.

Twice I have asked Jason to help out last minute with road worthies and he's been so accommodating. Just a nice guy who does a great job.
