Absolutely amazing!!! Must try this traditional Japanese restaurant, delicious food at a great price. Beautiful staff & very attentive service. Both the appetisers & mains were incredible.Highly recommend to anyone on the GC!

I really enjoyed the food. The Wagyu Beef Curry was delicious, and the beef was very tender. Wagyu rolled pancakes and scolops were also very good.

Highly recommend, must try!!One of the best Japanese on the Gold Coast.Extensive menu at really affordable prices for the quality of food, easy access and a cute, cosy interior.We had the silver lunch course ($38pp)1. Chirashi2. Today’s pasta3. Sous Vide Chicken Breast4. Belgian chocolate mousseThe food was absolutely delicious and was the perfect portion size. The closest to restaurants I’ve been to in Japan. If you’re looking for a really good spot to eat that’s different from all the typical Japanese restaurants on the Gold Coast, you should definitely try Beun!!

It was our 8 years anniversary together with my girlfriend. We were looking for a restaurant that is of superb quality with homey characteristics. Then here we are, Beun. We were welcomed by the owners and we got a perfect little corner seating with complimentary Lidnt chocolate (we told them it was our anniversary).We then ordered 2 entrees: traditional Salmon shashimi with ACTUAL GRATED WASABI and wagyu pancake which was definitely not what you think it is. It was delightful appetisers to start with.For the main we ordered - barramundi special and spicy misho ramen. Everything in the plate and bowl was handled and created with love and precision.We recommend it for anyone who wants a premium Japanese eatery experience.

150% my favourite restaurant on the coast.I’ve been here three times for the lunch course, which the pasta has been different each time. It’s so good that you don’t think it can get any better, but it does each visit.Personally, I find it to be the perfect portion and also great pricing for the quality.The food is absolutely immaculate and this is the first place that’s ever made me so stimulated and fascinated by how delicious it is. Don’t know how to describe it but every food is simply a masterpiece, a must try.Service is lovely too :)

Came here because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. Seafood was perfectly cooked - we ordered the scallops, bugs and Japanese marinara which were all excellent. We could really taste the chef's sincerity in all the meals. Please support this small business!

So happy to find Chef Yusuke Ito and his amazing restaurant. We used to eat with him when he worked at Ten in Broadbeach and I can’t believe it’s taken us so long to discover Beun. There’s something just so Japanese about the location. Completely understated but wowed by the food. This is a family run Japanese restaurant with all the love that comes with it. The food is a mix of traditional and modern. The food and tastes are simply spectacular and there’s a very good reason it has solid 4.9 reviews. Small but quality sake list and beer on tap.The specials are amazing with an Italian/Japanese slant.Make sure you listen to Chef as he talks you through the menu. He clearly loves what he does! 5*

This has to be hands down my favourite restaurant. Highly recommended. I have been back several times and will continue to do so. One of the best Japanese Italian fusion restaurant in Gold Coast.Food: Spectacular. $70 for 4 course meal is definitely a go to (reminder to book). Ingredients are always fresh.Service : Great. They even take the effort to remember what I had (4 course meal) on my previous visit so that I have different dishes being serve each time I return.Pricing : Resonable. 4 course meal is definitely worth it.Overall : amazing couple, amazing chef with amazing food!!
