My partner and I recently relocated from Queensland and were on the look out for a furnished apartment. Ali went above and beyond to get us a private inspection that suited us. After our inspection Jordan contacted us and was very prompt with replying to our enquires. It was less than one week from inspection day to move in day. We couldn’t have asked for an easier experience and are so thankful to both Ali, Jordan and the rest of the team.

Both Brittany and Alison are exactly who you want on your team when your looking for Property Management Services. These ladies have made my life so much easier knowing that my property and all services related to the property are being taken care of, whilst being on the other side of the country. Nothing is a bother and no question or request has ever been turned away and has always been dealt with in an superior and professional manner. The continuous updates and regular check-ins ensure we’re happy and satisfied and reassures all is well with our property. One of the most impressive features of this service is the friendly and personal rapport built between both Brittany and Alison. Thank you ladies, not only are you a credit to yourselves but also a huge credit to your company!

Possibly the worst property management team in all of Australia, this is from the tenants view of things, I’ve recently finally moved out of a Orana property managed apartment, communication was horrible Brittany never reply’s to emails and shocking is ever available to answer calls (once finding out who is on the line of course). Issue go unresolved for months, only spoken to when they feel like responding.

Alison and the team at Orana have been phenomenal. A ready ear for all concerns and queries, professional service and a brilliant experience for a new lessor. They make it look easy and have been brilliant and supportive throughout, always patient and considerate of my wishes.

10/10 would recommend using Jordy for any property management services. She has been one of the only property managers that has been so professional and easy to communicate with. She was able to make every process seamless and trouble free. Thank you for everything!

I've referred a (very happy) client to Ali and the team at Orana and would happily refer anyone looking for a property manager who goes over and above expectations for their clients and tenants. I have had dealings with Orana Property Management for the last 18 months; my experience Brittany and Jordy has been 100% positive, and communication is polite and prompt, with no request or question being too much trouble. I recommend Orana Property Management to landlords and tenants alike.

The most disgusting property management I have ever had to deal with. Issues not limited to:- lying in property reports so they can take money out of my bond- never doing any maintenance (6-8 outstanding issues at any time ranging from 9-15 months)- telling me to sleep on the couch because they don’t want to fix the bedroom heating issues- lying about not knowing about outstanding maintenance- unjustified rent increases (their justification for an increase $20 over its value “inflation is affecting everyone, including the landlord of this apartment”)- not showing up to inspections- false advertising for the apartment- loosing their key to the apartmentThe worst time of my life was while renting under this company. Now I have to dispute my bond in court because they refuse to acknowledge the fact I already had the apartment vacate and carpet cleaned and deodorised. Absolutely despicable company.edit in response to the below: can you provide what you believe is slanderous in my review considering for something to be slanderous it has to be a lie? I'm happy to provide evidence of all the above since you disagree.Also, you didn't seem dedicated to fixing all issues that arise considering it took 2 weeks and me falling over and getting injured to order a maintenance person to come fix a water leak (which is considered an urgent repair and requires someone to be called within 48 hours), 9 months to fix a hole in the shower, 9 months to fix the balcony door lock and never fixing the shower handle that would regularly cut me.To note, despite you believing me reviewing your business is a way to resolve our ongoing disputes, it is purely to let other prospective tenants know the way they should expect to be treated by this company.

Managing my 3 properties, I find the team to be extremely professional. They always go above and beyond! I would highly recommend Brittany and am thankful for the trouble-free experience in managing the day to day issues. The regular updates and constant communication keep me in the loop at all times, I love the personal element they bring by caring for our investment's as if it were their own.
