Music Centre Gosford

I have bought 2 ukuleles from Music Centre Gosford. I have also purchased books, straps, hard cases and electronic tuners. The customer service has been fabulous every time. I am a learner player, Andrew and Chris gave me excellent advice on what to look for when buying an instrument. They showed me a range of instruments and explained the pros and cons of each instrument style. The staff are musicians and generous with their time and knowledge. The prices are very competitive and the stock range extensive. I highly recommend Music Centre Gosford.

Great bunch of guys. Tony the owner in particular, and Andrew are always very knowledgeable and helpful with any inquiry along with the rest of the staff. They are also price competitive across their product lines, offer quality customer service and follow up as required.

I love this music shop because I love music but also because it feels like a the Cathedral of musicians.. every time I have visited this place there is always someone trying out a music instrument and most of the time they play well. Also I love the owner for his humility and excellent customer service. They stock a lot of music instruments and also offer their servicing. There is enough parking onsite and they always welcome you to try their instruments.

Really great service.. they recently went over and beyond to make sure I was happy.. thats what makes a good business better. I went in there knowing i was a bit of a knucklehead and they still looked after me and solved my problem.. fantastic. It makes you comfortable to buy over and over when you know after sales service will be there.

A really nice bunch of people to deal with. They listen, ask intelligent questions, provide options, make suggestions. Don't talk down to you and are happy to provide advice to relative music novices like me. Proper after sales service to boot. Convenient opening hours, easy to get to and plenty of parking.
