Don't expect any discount or extras from this place. When I bought my other scooter from another place, and also when I bought my motorcycle, I got discounts, free extras, or both. But not here. At Scooterworld I paid the price listed on the Kymco site, and not so much as a keychain from the dealer. They didn't really make make any effort to ensure customer satisfaction or build loyalty...

The staff at Scooterworld are amazing! I got my first scooter with them a few days ago. Not only did they take their time to advice me on which scooter would be better for me, but they also assisted me in anything I needed to get on the road. Daryl is super friendly and provides an unbeatable customer service. Can't recommend them enough!

The man who served us today was so lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He talked us through what we should look out for and didn’t try to push us to buy, instead he helped us learn and understand and made us feel comfortable with what we needed. Highly recommend!

Daryl and Andrew have been looking after me like a champion. Never been on a bike before, but both took their time to explain to me what I need to know and were more then patient.I never felt like I was under pressure and had a really enjoyable and simple straight forward experience. I bought my bike with Daryl and since then I keep doing my services with Ryan at the back of the shop . They both are incredible, really helpfull and helping me out with everything I need . Service has been busy on Saturdays and I ended up dropping my bike somewhere else the last couple of times to not be as satisfied with the service as in Scooterworld in the end . I would say it is totally worth the wait, plan yourself and book with Ryan . Highly recommend it .

These guys are great - I took my slightly battered and unloved Kymco scooter in for a service and it was returned to me in excellent working order. The guys in both the workshop and retail section are very friendly (and so is the office dog!). I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Have been getting my Kymco serviced with these guys for years. Very convenient to be able to drop off my scooter on the way to work in the city and pick it up on the way home. Ryan and team always do a great job and I have never had any issues with my Espresso.

Great service from Daryl throughout the whole purchase experience and the offer of after-sales service and assistance was a welcome surprise, especially as a novice rider. He even threw in a free helmet when I mentioned another dealership was offering me the same. If you don't ask, you'll never know
