You can tell these good reviews are so fakeFor 1 there is 1 property manager not property managers as some of you claim and he is like talking to a brick wall!!!ignores maintenance, doesn't send paper work... ignores you consistently...Very Poor Experience unfortunately and considering i have so much respect for Edgar it is an absolute shame.I Highly recommend selling through Natgroup, i would not rent or put my investment in their hands though.

Natgroup mismanaged my investment properties and then when i left had the hide to deduct in liue property management fees on properties that were not let and were not in a fit state to let.They did nothing about a tenant that left owing me rent and failed to collect on water rates.Once upon a time they provided a good service but that time has passed!

I needed to sell my home in Ormeau. Edgar and his team were always very active in the area and I had met Edgar at his open homes. We called him in and also 4 other local agents. What we found is no one had the skills for negotiations or even the loacl knowledge that he brought to the table.After only 2 weeks on the market we had 3 offers to pick from and we ended up selling over our asking price as Edgar was able to produce competition.Its a shame we have moved to VIC otherwise we would be using him again when we next need to sell. We still talk to our friends in QLD and recommend him highly.
