CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! Don't trust this place, the cash register and your items aren't visible. She scanned a $15 dollar candle before they started scanning my items. I realised after I left, and when I went back and confronted them, they acted clueless. AVOID!!!

The worst customer service I have experienced in Australia. I was looking for an item and tried to ask for help, the rude lady told me to use my eyes and provided no help. There are no respect for them, so ridiculous.

Shop is ok its in better condition them most dollar stores and they have a variety of incense and oils and oil burners from what i saw its a good shop they have stuff for gardens to its a pretty good shop and you get a pretty good deal but yes the ladies most of the time don't know anything if you ask them, common dollar store traits. Apart from that all good :)

As far as discount stores go, this is one is not one of the better ones. The store is laid out poorly, half the shelves are empty and the store itself is in a constant state of disarray.

I got a card for my friend's birthday, and to my surprise when I went home the back of the card was stained (refer to the image). How can I give that to anyone for their birthday?!? I get a mistake can happen but a product of this quality shouldn't have been on the shelf at all!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service! I bought a alarm clock from red dollar. It was missing parts and went to return it, they would not exchange or return the item. The lady was very rude and kept yelling at me. DON'T buy from here again. The owner her self told me she doesn't care about her customers.
