We customised order on kiosk, removed ham from egg ham burger.. it was a take away.. it was so disappointing to see ham in the burger.. we had to throw it and kids were disappointed with it. Not recommended.. it's bot about 10 dollars but the time we lost in making alternative arrangements. Double check with the order while taking a take away order.. refund my money..!!!

I’m amused at the reviews about getting orders wrong, cold chips etc…every single time. Why do you keep going back?Our experience was comparatively good. Big order, filled correctly. Nice outdoor area good for coming from the beach in swimmers

Ordered frozen coke for my godson today and some hot apple pies in the drive through and found the service to be good and fast. This mcdonalds restaurant has also be good in previous visits I have made , frame it.

Would have to be one of the worst Maccas for quality control and getting orders right everytime I’ve been here I pay for items and they don’t put them in the bag. Get it together!

I’ve seen so many dirty Macca’s over the years, and no, I don’t give them bad reviews, but the Swansea Macca’s is SO CLEAN!I rarely stop for dine in because they are all so grotty and gross.Whoever is running the place today, Monday 9Jan 5pm should get a reward from Macca’s. Seriously, the place is clean, staff smiling, service fast and food is great.Good job guys.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers one with no tomato sauce and one normal but they must of put the sauce on mine it was not eatable and the chips where really cold drive through was rude and stuck up properly the worst Maccas I've ever been to

It's Macca's what can I say, don't go after 9pm if you want anything frozen or fast, always get parked after 9pm and the wait is usually long but again it's Macca's you don't go expecting quality.

Always fast service, accurate orders and hot food. Best maccas around.The store is always clean, the bathrooms tidy, other Maccas stores should take note.
