I recently Installed solar system for my house by iGreen Energy WA and really happy with their service. Harry Vatan from iGreen's been very helpful and willing to get us the best solar panels suited for our place and always accessible to help. Definitely recommended!

Mary from IGreen contacted regarding the solar panels. She explained all the details and offered me the best possible deal and followed through until the actual installation happened. The installers were on time and took every care to install the system without causing any damage to the roof and kept power disruption to minimum. Overall it was a customer service oriented approach by IGreen. Impressed and would definitely recommend.

iGreen energy replaced our old underperforming system last year with a new 5kw system. The price was best in the market at the time and I shopped around. The install was done around 2 weeks after paying $100 deposit and the contractors were professional and left the site clean. I’ve been on the roof an everything and all fixings look spot on. We had an issue with the inverter unit tripping the RCD and iGreen sent out a contractor who replaced a faulty RCD from the old system and it is working fine again. They also just followed up on the phone to make sure all was well which prompted me to review. I was sceptical when first contacted as they have a slight sales push but I have no hesitation recommending after our experience.

From inquiring, to getting a quote, and the whole installation process - everything was smooth sailing. Harry from iGreen's been nothing but helpful and willing to get us the best solar panels suited for our place. Definitely recommended!

They did a great job & were very appreciative of me providing the scaffolding. They ran the cables where I want them, to hide them in my attic/store space.There was an unforeseen problem getting down blocked cavity from 2nd storey in one area so had to slightly move things which left holes in face wall. The guy's patch & match the colour of filler, very happy.They were very polite & cleaned up every bit of rubbish, dust, etc. Andy, I will say thank you for your honesty months back when we first spoke, it impressed me then & everything that your company has done has been spot on, thank you regards Arthur.

Solar system was installed 2 weeks ago.Last Friday my air con electrician found the solar system cable was hardly connect to the RCD. This could cause the house to burn down.I have to paid my electrician to re connect their job.Called igreen energy, they promised to look into it and call me back on Monday.As usual nobody call back. Another empty promised by igreen energy.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

After going through the options and deciding on the hardware I wanted with the salesman, we turned to installation lead time and was advised 1 to 2 weeks.Although there was a delay, the system was installed by Christmas!Installation appears to be of a good standard and the installation team were friendly however any questions we had on functionality and app use were directed straight to the office.After the installation (same day) I noted we did not have a home usage monitoring option on the app. This had been discussed and I was assured we would have this functionality with the salesman however I was advised this was extra and had to be purchased and installed at my cost.I have now had the monitoring tool added which is handy although the refresh rate is set to 5 minutes and I cannot adjust.All in all I am happy with either service and outcome.

I had unique issue with my inverter and iGreen team efficiently solved it, stood by me throughout the process right from warrenty claim through to replacement and even to upgrade. Fantastic experience.
