A quick note to ETC head office regarding your Casino site.Over the past 12-18 months I have been a client of Sonja Anderson's (Team Leader, Casino) and honestly can't speak highly enough of her.From the moment I walked into her office for the first time she was welcoming towards me, listened intently to what I had done work wise in the past along with the barriers which I faced to gaining employment within the local area, it took some time but finally I was able to find employment which suited me and have since moved onto bigger and better roles and have found my dream job driving buses, Sonja has been there every step of the way with advice and guidance or just to talk to about issues I was facing, still today after unfortunately having to re-register with Centrelink and becoming her client again Sonja has been there full of advice and does everything she can for clients.The biggest thing I have learned from being Sonja's client is continue to put yourself out there and network" and honestly she is right

dont like to ring THE 1800 number to call through to the CASINO office.WOULD RATHER LIKE TO RING THE OFFICE DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF WASTING 5 MIN TO RING SOME BODY 1 1/2 KM AWAY

Stacey from etc in casino was a massive help. Lost my last job due to mechanical issues with transport. She helped me get repairs done and found me another job with reliable/predictable work hours. So I can get finances etc back on track and have a lot less stress
