The Coffee Club Café - Kawana Waters
Very disappointing. One person taking orders and making the drinks is not very efficient. Staff member stopped making our drinks to chat with outgoing staff member. She was then interrupted again by new customers wanting to order.When our drinks arrived, the thickshake had cascaded down the outside of the glass. I had to ask for more napkins in order to hold the glass.

I've been here many times on my own, with friends and with the kids. Staff have always been friendly and kind and food has always been up to standard. I am surprised to see it only has a 3.8 star rating.I spoke with the owner today as I snapped the number 1 photo just one month ago and it's gained 52,000 views. This is on just one photo. There is so much business to be gained by a higher score on Google. Looking forward to chatting again soon. :)Maini xx

The Good:Cashier taking orders was friendlyTea and Coffee made wellThe Bad:Wouldn't want to come here when it's busy. The tables are placed very close to each other, in which it's hard to walk pass anyone sitting down. Couldn't take anyone in a wheelchair or had mobility issues. We came when there were only 6 small tables occupied and it was still a pain.Ordered a tea, coffee and large bowl of chips to share as an afternoon tea. Tea and coffee came out within 5 minutes. Bowl of chips took almost 25mins and it was only half filled. When I asked the server about how many chips we were given, he said that's what it's like normally?? Having been to multiple coffee clubs before and have never been served soo little chips for a large serving. Very disappointed.

This Coffee Club is in the middle of the shopping centre so it's busy but very convenient and reliable CC coffee and menu. Good place to meet ... as they say!

Got straight in table for 4 you can order from your table using your phone food didn't take long even though they were very busy nice fresh food it was great

The only thing we do not enjoy is the front row of tables. They're too close and people like to sit opposite each other, stopping the table next to do it's job. Causes friction.

Chai latte was passable. Citrus tart was not. Pastry was terrible. Tasted like it was days old. Too crowded. Everyone bumping into each other. Service was good though - pleasant staff.

Picked up a takeaway breakfast for two. Food was delicious, good coffee... bit expensive for a shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and didn't have to wait too long for the food and coffee.

A great day out, Very friendly and polite helpful and kind staff. I booked a table for 10; each of us was very happy with our food and drink orders and the exceptional service
