Hi I bought a picture frame and talk to the owner about the size if it won't fit I will return and she agreed, and now she denied to return and not answering her phone, highly recommended to people not to buy from her shop .she is not honest

A big thank you to Judy & Alex at Cozy Furniture in Dandenong. We looked everywhere for the right furniture for our new house, and at long last, we got it here :) Quality furniture, professional service, great communication, friendly, kind & helpful. After the purchase of our couch & TV unit, Judy kindly took the time to thoroughly explain and show me examples of what styles & colours mesh well together for cushions, rugs, vases etc., which I followed, and we've had the most amazing compliments from all who have visited our home.Thank you for making this an easy process for us :-)Kim & James

I am over the moon with the quality and the design of the furniture I purchased last week. Judy and her husband have been very helpful in the lounge room refurbishment process. I have traveled around Victoria searching for the perfect lounge room suite and have found the stock I have been looking for at Cozy Furniture Dandenong. I am very happy with my purchase and would like to thank Judy and her husband for their friendly support and guidance throughout the purchasing process. I bought a set of fabric lounge last week, the design was so modern and comfortable, price reasonable, I don't see any other shop has similar design. I was very happy with the service as well.

A completely unwelcoming behaviours of the staff/ owner. Don’t visit the store if you have kids. They won’t even allow kids to sit on their furnitures. I never recommend this shop.

Alex served us very well with no pressure as the quality of the sofas speak for themselves. Comparable prices to other stores but I believe the style and quality was superior.I highly recommend you visit this showroom.

Very disappointed, purchashed a console table, sold as brand new but when unpackaged there was scratches and the console was previously assembled. They took advantage of my mother who doesnt speak English, asked if we could check it in store and where told no point its brand new. Will never purchase from here again, careful when you buy that you arent sold a used damaged item!

Cozy furniture Dandenong is running by most unwelcoming people. If you have kids, don't go to this shop with them.I visited Cozy furniture last week. It was the worst experience I ever had in Australia. My 6 year old son turned on a table lamp. Initially a lady came warned him, he was terrified and then he stayed there in that shock. After two minutes another came to him scolded and warned, but he was just sitting there. He was pointing fingers at my kid. This man didn't notice I standing on the other side.I should have informed the child abuse helpline as my son took a lot of time to come out of this panic attack.I'll never recommend this shop.

JUST REALLY SURPRISED HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THE BUSINESS..SPECIALLY THE ASIAN LADY HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE....JUST SEEMS LIKE RUNNING A SMALL FAMILY SHOP AND THINK THEY CAN TREAT PEOPLE ANYWAY THEY WANT.NO DOUBT SOME FURNITURER PRODUCTS ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT THEY KNOW THERE IS NO HEAD OFFICE OR HIGER MANAGEMENT WHERE SOMEONE CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT..BUT REALLY SURPRISED TO SEE THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ARE GIVING,..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....NOTHING TO DO WITH PRICES OR ANYTHING BUT JUST THE WAY OF TALKING TO CUSTOMER IS UNACCEPTABLE.....

Visited this store two weeks in a row and was given completely different information regarding the colour range by the couple who work there/own the business. Purchased the lounge in the stock standard colour anyway and was charged $100 delivery because I was told there would be assembly required (only the legs needed screwing in) and standard delivery would only cover them leaving the couch at the front door (who does this?)... They also left behind ALL of the packaging which we are still trying to dispose of weeks later. Happy with the couch, but the service could be better.
