I have been dealing with Brian at work n play for some years and have always had excellent service at a very respectable price. With a business on site call Brian actually arrives on the right day on time - not my experience with other service calls. Brian is a thorough gentleman to deal with and understands exactly what is required. It has never been necessary to go anywhere else

Went there to look at pc parts or a pre built computer and what i presume to be the manager approched me and asked if i needed any assistance and i replied kindly with no im just looking and he replied in a harsh tone no your not your just standing there" i reply with well i was looking and he immediately replied again in an angry voice almost in an annoyed manner saying " well your not looking so what are you doing" so i thought to myself what a rude arrogant person and left i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone the customer service was appualing and has to be quite honest put me in a unhappy mood i hope they can improve because there is definitely room for it"

Called yp for a laptop charger,very rude man answered the phone,bot helpful at all

Hopeless. Took my computer in to get fixed. They charged me then took it home and it was still stuffed. Took it back in and they charged me again to fix it again. Never called to say it was ready. Looked at me like i should know what i am doing. Computer still stuffed now.
