Average service. The automatic car wash ($15) left streaks over my car and the wash was not strong enough to remove all the dirt. I contacted to advise of the issue but was told that I should pay and use the car bay wash first to get off the dirt ... then pay for a car wash. What’s the point of that? I was also told the machine did what it was supposed to do. Hmmmm ... well I never had a problem with the previous car wash service I used! They also left a free brush and suds to use first if needed (i.e. tyres etc.) left no streaks, along with a gold wash special of $10 on a Tuesday and Wednesday. It’s safe to say that I won’t be returning to this car wash.

Went to wash my cars windscreen as nothing else was open that late.Used the self service bay. Put coins in machine and nothing happened no matter what buttons pushed. Had no more coins so used my card thinking it wasnt enough coins and it took the money off my card but again nothing happened so left without cleaning my windscreen. Currently trying to dispute payment. No email for complaints and phone number isnt connected. This is not a good thing esp for dispute.Ezyas you need to pick up your game and fix these issues

Tried to clean the neglected" car that has some dirt etc build up however it looks like nothing budged. In saying that

Touch free car wash is rubbish. Expensive and only gives minimum service and doesn't do the job. Go to Inverloch instead if your able. Best in region. Thought I should update. Inverloch upgraded their touch free some time ago when the new owner took over, and now it's also rubbish. The output is extremely high, and the main jets are too focussed leaving a swirl pattern, and in my case, stripped some of the paint, (when confronted the owner offered to pay half for a respray only), and leaves a lot of the grime as well. Sorry, but now no longer have any alternatives, because the Wonthaggi touch free is pretty ordinary as well.

I have made 3 trips in 1 week & each time I I put $17 in for the deluxe service, the money is returned back to me. No signs indication that service is out of order, no sign of a mobile number. Very poor indeed... don't bother going there

Does a good enough job I guess, could definitely use stronger soap mix in the manual bays, and the time:money ratio is pretty dreadful to be honest.I'll still come here 3+ times a week though until we get a better one.

I love going to this place. It's convenient, I can wash my car, clothes & my dog here - at the same time. Convenient for change to operate the facilities. I just wish that just once, I could avoid always having to pull up & step out of my car into who knows what strain of mud & filth left by however many previous trucks, utes, vans before me. I do get that it is a car wash duh! but would like for once to not have to end up with a filthy interior floor after washing the outside of my car!!

Washed my car on the way back from holiday to get all the sand and grub off it.The brush at the car wash has absolutely RUINED my cars paint. Has scratched and caused major swirls in the clear.After having my car professionally cut and polished only 4 months prior it has completely ruined my cars paint.Disgusting quality equipment

You can wash your car here. You can do laundry, vacuum the car, auto and manual car wash. If you really wanted to you could wash yourself.
