Great staff all are very friendly and more than happy to help out. Even offered to have a part delivered directly to my house from another store. The staff went over and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I will definitely be going back to purchase all my automotive needs from this store.

The staff were very helpful, after my car almost died I thankfully made it to this repco, they had the part I needed and even let me borrow a 16mm socket so I could change the belt, saved my day!They really do go that extra mile!

I enquired about a pair of Narva LED replacement headlights for my car at Repco, Gregory Hills.The Sales Rep asked for my car rego number to check for the replacement, and although quiet expensive l purchased them, but when l tried to fit them, they didn't seem to fit. Worried, l contacted Repco, they told me to bring them back in. I took them back in and am very appreciative of the help from their Sales Rep 'Sum' after trying for himself, he confirmed that the LEDS although listed, were incorrect.He then looked for a suitable replacement and installed them for us.In my opinion, this was fantasticCustomer Service.Thankyou SumNev

There are some really awesome staff in the store, one lady in particular that goes above and beyond, however there is a bloke in there that you can tell just doesn't want to be there and is just watching the clock waiting to go home. Poor parking out the front and a small range compared to other locations and competing brands. The store doesn't offer after hours online pick-up like a competitor which to me is a game changer.

I had one of the worst experiences with Repco (Gregory Hills). Staff consistently gave me false information and sold me the wrong products. I had to come back 3 times to get a refund, until finally one casual Saturday staff who is an absolute LEGEND, went above and beyond and then some to help me with my issue. If it wasn't for him I would've completely lost it. Honestly disappointed with the overall service except for that one staff who should I am very very grateful for.
