The store is really nice, great ebikes display in store to choose from. We already got two ebikes from this store. Arthur is very helpful in giving i and my friend knowledge about ebikes.

Great store, really helpful staff. I'd been keen to testdrive a Fonzarelli NKDx prior to ordering and these guys made it happen...even with minimum time before trading plates expired. I ordered my bike and was even given a ticket to Adelaide show to personally talk about the bike with one of the Fonzarelli team..Super impressed with their efforts. Highly recommend this store.

Very happy with the prompt, friendly service i received from the staff at Brighton electric bike superstore (BEBS). We got 4, yes 4, flat tyres, not only did BEBS have the unusual size spares we needed, they fitted the tubes and adjusted our bikes so we were on the road on the next business day. Highly recommend.

I have visited EBS before and found them to be quite helpful and reasonably priced in the past. However the second time I returned to the store I was charged $60 for about 10 minutes work plus wire to fix a spoke. Very quick but a little more than expected for a minor quick repair. Still can't complain about the speed and the service.

Great shop with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff who know what their talking about. With no pressure to buy, but after a road test im more than happy with my ebike purchase. Keep up the good work guys. Thumbs up all round...

I bought a mid drive smartmotion ebike and while still under warranty had problems with my gears and sprocket.I returned it to the shop to get it fixed. After a conversation with the importer and the store a new set of gears and chain were installed. The problem remained in my view, but after test riding the bike this was not the view of the mechanic.So i went to pick up the bike but was informed by scott(the boss) that he had replaced at his own expense the derailleur, cable and gear shifter with new and higher quality components.Needless to say i was pleased and grateful for this outstanding piece of customer service,and i have no hesitation in reconmending EBSB to purchase or service your bike.A professional and courteous staff makes everything much more easier.thanks scott
