Red Bluff Homes

The whole building process was very smooth. I've built twice before and this by far was best experience I've had. Red Bluff Homes are responsive, professional and build a quality home. From sales to office staff everyone is great, thank you to Alan Lehmann - who is absolutely wonderful, kind and knowledgeable, John the construction manager who has gone out of his way to help and to the lovely Rose in the office. Very happy with our decision to build with Red Bluff.

Watch out for Stephen Harper their sales guy...he uses his shelf company designer range homes to invoice back to red bluff in all their scams

We are having a house build by Red Bluff Homes and have been extremely happy with their fair price, communication and professionalism. We would recommend this builder to our friends.

WARNING TO TRAIDIES!We completed a job for Red bluff homes and it has been a nightmare getting my invoice paid.The director is full of empty promises and excuses.Now i have to waste my time taking this to a debt collector or small claims. Stay away from this company!

Seen better built gingerbread houses.

My job has been stalled for 5 months. I’ve been left with defective retaining walls. Been given excuses and blatantly lied to all this time by Denis Reeve the owner. These people should be ashamed of themselves and never get into building and ruining peoples lives again.Feel sorry for all the other clients.

We purchased a house and land package (our first home) with Red Bluff homes as the contracted builder. Very little communication throughout the process. At the time my partner and I both worked full time, there was very little flexibility when it came to organising times for inspections etc. Once the house was complete and they had our money, it was very very difficult to get any repairs/maintenance work done. It took over 6 months to have all of the internal issues fixed. There are some external problems which were left outstanding because it was too much effort and issue to try and get them fixed. Very disappointed with the service and quality of the build. Issues with organising fencing (we moved into the house with one fence completely missing) and apparently the neighbours had never been approached to pay for any fencing at all. We did not pay for landscaping (are now having it done through a local company) however did not expect there to be such a huge amount of rubbish (including drink bottles, food packets etc) scattered throughout our yard, as well as piles of concrete and pieces of steel guttering which were leftover from the original knock down (we were the third house to be built so our lot was used as the dumping ground it seems). Would definitely not recommend.

Nothing more than a pack of thieves. Ripping of people for their deposits and doing shady deals.Avoid wherever possible.
