The personally inscribed tankard was a great hit with my partner. I was a little disappointed that the engraving is hard to read unless you get the lighting just right. This is down to the shininess of the tankard of course, but not something I thought of when I saw the Preview on the website before buying.All in all, a hit and would order from here again!

ZERO professionalism and customer service. DO NOT recommend this website at all!!I had placed an order on 27 Jan for an express delivery (5 days). The status of my order on their website still shows as 'processing'. They have not been respondent to any mode of communication (lodging a ticket, email & phone number). Please find attached the photos of the order status ( note the date on the bottom right corner, it's today) and the 2 tickets not been answered to.The website has some luring stuff which might tempt you, but its entirely not worth it if you are not going to get your product on time.

Easy online ordering system. I did ask for a change in contact details which were told it would be updated however it wasn’t updated. No biggy but would’ve been great to have to corrected information for the order. Product was received in great order and contact was impressed. The sticker was visible on the glass but faded when the glass was filled up. Not sure if it is supposed to be like this but customer was happy

I ordered a personalised money box and expected it to take a decent ammount of time to be created and posted out. It was SUPER quick!! The product was absolutely perfect and the website, ordering process and delivery tracking was all easy to navigate. Ill definitely be using this site again when I next need a special something!

I ordered some mugs with personal pictures from the personalised gift shop and couldn't be happier, they came very fast and the quality is great, much better then I have had from elsewhere previously and they have already been through the dishwasher multiple times and have not shown any fade whatsoever.Will definitely be ordering again next Mother's day.

A google search led me here and i was very impressed with the products and service delivery. Had ordered personalised 21st gifts of a wine glass and manicure set gifts for eastern states delivery. This was delivered in a timely manner and the gifts were so loved and well received. Highly recommended service.
