Pol-arise Newcastle - Pole & Aerial Studio
I had been going to the studio for over a year and was loving it. They make you pay upfront 4-5 weeks prior to the next class term begins. Within that time I had an injury and when I requested a refund they said no. They have since stopped replying. Even gyms place memberships on hold or would help but they offered nothing. I am very disappointed and now I don't want to ever go back. I don't usually write a review but thought I would warn future students of this as I was already upset I was injured and couldn't be in the class but to also be down $225 is a blow.

The classes at Pol-arise are so much fun and great for building your strength and fitness (at any level) - I highly recommend giving them a try! The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the classes provide a great opportunity to meet people. I started with the beginner Level 1 silks and hoops class and now I am hooked!

Pol-arise is my home away from home. I have met so many amazing people since starting here AND the classes they provide are incredibly fun, motivating and I always have a blast!!!!! Thank you pol-arise!!!!!

Started pole dancing here, and the instructor was soo kind, fun and helpful. Perfect for the beginners course. Can’t wait to learn all the levels here. Such a fun place and a great community.

Pol-arise has been the only place I have been able to feel comfortable and work out in the one area. The teachers are so supportive and I cannot rate them higher. Thank you for everything you have done ❤️

BEAUTIFUL teachers! The entire atmosphere makes you lose all insecurities and you just go in and have FUN! Best thing is that they really get you to unleash your potential by being funny, by being motivating, by being so understanding. I never knew I could do majority of what I did in classes! Can't wait to go back!
