Extremely kind, I lost my phone to a wave and they give me good advice and professional assistance. At the end on their own advice didn't make the repair cuz the success rate was Soo low, very honest people

Great experience! Josh was extremely helpful and gave me different options to fix my phone. He looked at my phone identified the faults and gave me different things I could do.The biggest thing was honesty and the desire to help which I have not had in other repair companies. Thank goodness I saw the reviews and used this company, thanks heaps

They fixed my iPhone screen. But it not good working well. Paid $159 maybe. I trashed $159…I gotta fix it again.

Don't go there. Their warranty isn't worth anything unless you're prepared to be without your phone for weeks. I will never ever ever go back to this store again. Paid nearly $200 on repairs that they now won't cover under the so called warranty. Useless.

Very brief look at phone, declared it unfixable. Took it to Leon's Tech at Chermside who fixed it in 15 minutes.

Really helpful staff. My iPhone battery was running low throughout the day, even though it had been fully charged overnight. The staff fixed it and it was at a reasonable price. Very happy.

Couldn't fix a screen protector to a motorola phone and when asked where phone king was said didn't know even though it was on the same level diagonally opposite. Not very helpful
