Yubi is truly exceptional. I met hime at my home for selling . that was focused on the Gungahlin area. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on selling my Appartment and I’m so thankful I did.Yubi is ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I sold my first Appartment so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Yubi was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. My partner booked in an inspection at 6pm with Yubi Baral to view an apartment. We showed up at 6pm called 4 times with no anwser and waited for 20 minutes. He was a no show and wasted our time. Not very professional I would give this company 0 stars if it let me.
