Kalbarri Mobile Mechanical

Thanks to Steve, he coordinated with auto electrician Mick to fix my snapped drive belt and air con unit.My air con broke on Christmas Day. When i arrived into Kalbbari, the belt had snapped and I wasn’t able to drive it anymore. Thankfully I made it to my caravan site, being Christmas, I wasn’t expecting anyone to be open and thought I would require a tow to Perth.I texted Steve (mobile mechanic) who came out the next morning to assess the damage and ordered parts ASAP. That very afternoon, the new parts were delivered, the air con repaired and drive belt & compressor replaced (on a 40 degree day) I couldn’t thank Steve enough. He assessed it, gave me an approx estimate and also had help from Mick who assisted him in fixing my issue so I could drive back to Perth the following morningI highly recommend him! Honest guy with great prices and able to fix issues

Lost a wheel from our trailer on Good Friday in town (collapsed wheel bearing). Steve attended on the road side and had us moving again in no time. Also checked the trailer over before we left town the following week and all for an exceptionally good price.Also watched Steve assist a few other people while at his shop with excellent service and advice.

Steve is an absolute legend!We just drove into the workshop without an appointment because we had a strange sound and vibration from underneath our Prado.Steve just dropped everything and went for a test drive with us. He even asked to come back later on to check the car on the lift. He didn't charged us the second time, even if he spend at least another half an hour on our car! Thank you so much Steve!

My car done it's alternator just before we were to leave. Got it upto the workshop to see if they could replace it. After ringing around, he had no luck. Had a wreck in the yard with a blown motor, said he will rip the alternator out and see if it fires up. 3 hrs later I was back on the road!Great professionalism, service and pricing.I would highly recommend this business!!Thanks guy's!!

After driving from Perth our camper trailer would not go up on one corner the cable had come out of place, I went to Steve’s garage the next morning after getting some help from other people to prop our van up for the night.Steve was very helpful came out to the caravan park and after a few trips back and forward to his garage he fixed the problem and his fee was very small, on our last day the same corner wouldn’t go down so I called Steve again and he came straight out and again fixed the problem and didn’t want to charge me anything, absolute gentleman can’t recommend him highly enough, if you ever need any help or mechanical work in Kalbari Steve is the best person to call, thanks again Steve don’t know what we would have done without you. We called into Steve's Tyre and Mechanical two days ago, with an issue of a perished turbo delivery hose on our Navara. Steve took one off an engine he had there and we were able to continue our journey south with the spare part.15 kilometres out of Kalbarri our original hose gave up, the spare supplied by Steve really saved a lot of mucking around and potential costs if we had needed towing anywhere. Thanks Steve, your customer service is second to none. My partner Peter was very impressed and is very grateful.

This guy is a champion! He had all the parts I needed, genuine fuel filter and brake pads. You will never find this level of service in the cities. Steve promptly got us sorted within the hour. This guy is the real deal!

Great place. I went on my last afternoon in Kalbarri beforr heading back down south with issues with my prado. Although we couldn't find the problem Steve went completely out of his way in trying to solve the issue with what parts he had in the workshop in one afternoon. He also called ahead to a place in geraldton specializing in diesel so that I could stop in on my way home and get another opinion on what is wrong. Above and beyond service and honesty. Thank you Steve.

Steve was able to fit us in without a booking and completed the service within two hours of dropping it off. The price was very fair and he was happy to provide advice even after we had paid for his services. Would recommend to other backpackers who come through Kalbarri.

We dropped by to have a check engine light on, when we parked up the car wouldn't start. Steve stopped what he was doing to have a look, the airflow sensor had disconnected and he quickly fixed our problem and sent us on our way. Absolutely brilliant
