Never actually got to become a customer.. Saw them at the Brissie Home Show in March 2020. I've installed a whole house system before and am reasonably familiar with them, and was pleased that rep I spoke to was a really helpful guy with good knowledge (not just a salesman). Was told to mention Home Show special when I ordered - and that it didn't matter when (I explained that our new build house wouldn't be ready for a few months).Enquired by phone at end of April to get ready for the house, and the lady I spoke with was adamant that there were no Home Show specials, and quoted me a price around $150 more than the Home Show price. Wouldn't budge or even admit that they were doing specials at the Home Show.I persisted anyway, and asked her about what the best system for us was - her response was It's personal preference". That was it. No other information no matter how hard I was trying to get something actually useful to differentiate the systems they had on offer.I then asked about how often the cartridges needed to be replaced; "Once a year" was the reply. She didn't know if I had one person or ten people in my house.. I asked if it depended on flow through the cartridge and she eventually agreed that it did

Our house recently got flooded caused by freshly squeezed water filter. Apparently our water pressure was high and the valve came out. It worked fine last 1.5years and suddenly this happened. When we got it, they said you could install by yourself, easy enough to do yourself. No explanation what so ever about water pressure. We talked the boss, Tina and she did mention it's written on the bottom of our receipt. Ok it's really small writing and who sees it when you install it. No sympathy or apology at all from her but they sent us a part (pressure limiting valve) we needed to install which was not mentioned anywhere. Water taste fine but if she treats us like this, I don't recommend this company to anyone. I don't think they change (add mentioning water pressure) their installation manual. So be careful. Our carpets got really soaked within a short time and had to pay more that $1000 to fix them.

I love, love, love this water filter! Our tap water had a horrible tainted taste to it, but these filters have changed that into a pure tasting water that is a pleasure to drink.Their Customer Service has always been brilliant and the replacement filters are at such a great price that it makes bottled water (which tastes exactly the same as filtered) seem extortionate!Replacement filters are really easy to change and the delivery is always super quick! Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Amazing product , we have had our whole house fitted with the water filters as the water coming straight from our taps had the worst chlorine taste to it and we didn’t want our kids to be drinking it, but since we have had the water filters on our taps the water quality is 100%. We would never drink water straight from our taps again after having these amazing filters. I can’t recommend them enough and especially there extremely friendly service nothing was ever a bother to them. Thank you so much you have a customer for life.

I bought a ceramic water filter from these guys over 12 months ago. They took my details down after the sale and ensured me that somebody would be in touch in 12 months to organise a replacement filter. Nobody contacted me so I sent an email; nobody answered the email, so I had to ring. The response from the company was, we don't have you on our customer list and also that they didn't sell the replacement filters.So it sounds to me as if they lied to me just to sell me one of their last ceramic water.Poor business ethics and poor customer support.Avoid them.

Gave me plenty of options, I elected to have my whole house filtered as it protects taps and shower heads and makes it easier to clean the shower. Really happy with the product and advice I received and can highly recommend their service.

Great customer service from local small business, been with them for many years. Makes keeping my water fresh for the family so easy and shower filter for the wife's sensitive skin. Get prompt replacement filters in the mail and even had a house call for a sink mixer install. Great product knowledge and super friendly, don't take my word for it give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
