I live in the Clare Valley and joined a 24 hour gym initially right in Clare but it was not a pleasant experience. I joined The Valleys and have been extremely happy with the kindness and professionalism of the staff as well the 5 star facilities. I'm very grateful for the Valleys Lifestyle Centre!!!

Well equipped gym with knowledgeable, helpful trained staff. Heated 25m outdoor pool is great for lap swimming in summer months. Best fitness venue in the Clare Valley.

I have aiways found the staff and other members at the Valleys Lifestyle Centre to be friendly and approachable. The group fitness classes are a great workout and the trainers there really know their stuff! The Gym and pool are kept in great condition and their change room is always clean. I would recommend the Valleys to any and all my friends.

The Valleys Lifestyle Centre
I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I feel it is my duty to let people know my experience with this location. The gym is tiny and the equipment is sparse. The facilities are severely restricted over the winter period. The management are incompetent and some of the staff lack basic customer service skills. My suggestion would be to avoid this place and consider other gyms in the area. The YMCA should be ashamed of themselves.

At the valleys I love the gym and classes, crèche, school holiday programmes, kindergym, swimming lessons, pool, and Personal training.It is a clean, organised facility with lots of options for the whole family. The staff are very friendly and supportive of our health and fitness needsWe’re so lucky to have the valleys lifestyle centre in clare!

Great facility for all ages. Friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to be of assistance. I do water walking and aqua aerobics. I feel safe at the lifestyle centre. Extremely professional and city standard. I look forward to my sessions
