Do not order online with this company , better of to go to the store. My order got delayed by 2 weeks. No response whatsoever from 4wd, once they got your money they don’t care anymore. AVOID ordering online with them.I would give them zero stars, had to give one do I can post this message. And one more time, AVOID ordering with them online do yourself a favour

I put through an order at 11pm at night however click and collect wasn't an option on their website despite being an option. I emailed immediately that night to let them know that I needed click and collect not delivery.When I went to their online chat at 9am the next day they told me that it is prepared for collection by a courier so there is nothing they can do and there is no option now except to wait for the courier to pick it up from their premises, and delivered to an incorrect address, despite the fact that it hasn't been collected yet.Great problem solving skills.Update:1: Contacted courier, they have no record of the shipment yet, however still told it can't be cancelled. Couriers tell me to contact the seller as they have no record of it yet.2: The courier cancelled the consignment telling me their drivers will not pick it up, despite 4WD Supacentre telling me it wasn't possible as it had already been picked up.3: The 4WD Supacentre staff member left the online chat and after waiting in line from 20 and reconnecting to the same person they left the help chat again.4: The same person repeatedly leaves the chat so I have to wait in line from the start5. Head office replies, ignores any other portion except for the click and collect"

I’ve ordered from 4wd supacentre on 2 occasions and both times my order has not turned up for some time with zero updates. Both times Supacentre assured me that the courier had lost it, and the courier advised me that they had never received it. Spent a week on the phone with everyone shifting blame and countless hours on hold just to be told “oh idk, not our problem”. The last time this happened, I was told I could either drive an hour and a half to a store and possibly pick up a replacement item, or I could wait another god knows how long for another to be sent. Now having the same issue with another item. If you have a trip planned, order 6 months in advance and you might be okay if you keep chasing the order. Products are okay, but good luck actually getting them to find out

Ordered side awning with mounting brackets and 2 side walls at the end of november.received the awning and the side walls in about a week. Mounting brackets have been lost with the courier (who marked them as delivered) for a week and a half and I’ve been waiting since thursday (when I lodged a lost item enquiry with 4WDsc) to have the courier let them know where my mounting brackets are.In the meantime, the awning and side walls are in the living room and not on the car where they should be, especially cause we’re going camping in a week. Called customer service 4 days in a row and all they can tell me is “we need to wait to get info from the courier, unfortunately therey’s nothing else we can do”...embarassing.How about sending me a replacement set and then question with the courier and get your lost brackets back from them? I spent more than $500 with them this year, next year I’ll buy from someone else.Not happy.UPDATE:After leaving this negative review, magically the next day I get an email with the replacement part being confirmed. Magic. That was thursday.The following tuesday (3 days before christmas) I get the email that the part has been shipped. 2-5 days delivery for metro area. Clearly nobody cares, in customer service, to make sure replacement parts, especially when they’re needed to mount the main product, are sent out quickly.If I don’t receive it in time for the holidays, I will expect a full refund and you can come and pick all your stuff (unused) back as they’re useless to me. Embarassing service, almost a month for 2 pieces of steel and 6 bolts, and not in sight yet. Highly NOT recommended unless you have 3 months to wait and wish to spend hours on the phone with customer service which has NO answers whatsoever.

Here is the quick rundown (but much like their claims process, it won't be quick). Bought a tent + annex for Xmas due to going away on holidays, received said tent. 3 DAYS IN, broke. Structurally broke Turns out the rivets they use to hold vital components in place might as well be made of cheese (confirmed by a metallurgist friend with a m. Finish trip early January - now begins the claim process. Submit claim only as per their customer service" line. Get told it has to be submitted online. Okay. Submit

Ordered several things online and via ebay all arrive in a few business days. Emails with regular tracking info. I wasn't expecting the best quality with the kings branded gear based on the price. But everything so far has exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is your email marketing is way way over the top. Come-on Kings up to 4 times a day. really, really! How many people are going to stay subscribed with this onslaught, quality over quantity more people will stay subscribed. Looks like it's done by a 17 year old intern with almost no variety, creativity or educational value. Seen one kings email seen them all. delete

Do not order online from this company. Couriers please were incredibly incompetent with attempting to deliver my package and even after confirming my address with not only them but with 4WD supacentre customer service they did not manage to deliver my package (even though a 24hour delivery time was promised) but opted to send it back to sender without any communication. The 4WD supacentre customer service were also absolutely no help at all or apologetic for any kind of inconvenience caused. If you want to wait a month for a package to never arrive then this is the store for you!

Edited on 25th Nov.Finally received the last 1 item.There was no phone call or message, but courier just left at the unattended wrong place.Is it really proper way to handle the item over $200~300???It ended up like this, and I would say good bye to 4WD Supacentre.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Even 1 star is too much for this company. My 1st purchase became my last with them. Late delivery, poor tracking service and chatting service staff has rude attitude. I should refer to their ratings first before I purchase.I ordered 4 items, 3 has delivered to the next door but POD has signed by someone. Asked chatting service the estimated delivery schedule of the last 1 item, he/she asked me to contact courier.Here's my order number, you guys need to investigate how your operation is going on. I have the same problem as Colin, listed below. Bought a Adventure Kings Paddleboard and I have the same issue. After 5 uses, my board looks like the pictures below. This is after the box arrived as in the photos too. I opened the boxes carefully, and ensured the product was ok, but that wasn't exactly the greatest of starts.Their initial reply, after a two week delay in responding, has been to go to Bunnings (in my time), buy some waterproof glue/adhesive to repair it, repair it myself (in my time) and they will reimburse me the cost of the glue.I think I could drive to Head Office almost as fast as Bunnings. I have asked for a quick response and will see what the outcome is. I will alter my review if things change drastically for the better.
