Good service and great communication. The reception staff is excellent but the person who checked my car when I went to register it in for repair, was rude and arrogant.

Efficient and helpful service. They seem like a busy workshop but when I requested for a hire car as I felt unsafe driving without a side mirror, they assisted with getting one. The repair was completed within the day impressively and I could also pick it up on a Saturday morning. Happy with the quality of the repair as well.

I found RPM easy to work with. The processes are easy to follow and the service is quite professional. I did need to wait approx six weeks but it was worth it. RPM worked with me to ensure I was happy with the repair of my car. I would use again if needed.

Mechanics were great and took time to explain the details and process to me. However on both occasions the receptionist was rude and abrasive. I dropped the car off early which was approved by another receptionist. When dropping the car off she made out that the fact there was nowhere to store the car overnight was my fault. On licking up the car the same lady said the car wasnt ready and i should call ahead even though i received a text saying it was reqdy. Again the mechanic was nothing but helpful asking if my car is the jeep and saying it is ready. The receptionist proceeded to berate the mechanic saying he should update the system in-front of myself and another customer. Her behaviour was very unprofessional and not a good look as the first person a customer meets on entering your facility. The rest of the service was exemplary and the fix to my car is great.

Repair process was easy through NRMA with Automated texts from both the insurer and RPM. Quality of repair is excellent, i inspected the work done again once I returned home from collecting my car and I can’t even tell that it was resprayed. I tried to find any sign of where the respray was blended in to the rest of the bumper and can’t find anything. 10/10 workmanship from the body people.Prior to the job commencing the staff took plenty of pre-photos and circled any existing non claim damage like stone chips which is great for accountability.Have used in the past with a different car and will use them again if anything happens in the future

Hassle & stress free from start to finish. They organised a hire car & a cab to & from the hire car company. I was kept up to date with what stage my car was at & received a call when it was ready to organise a day & time to get my car.

They did a brilliant job repairing my vehicle that was involved in a collision. I can’t even tell that my car had previously been in an accident. They completed the job earlier than the expected time frame.

All the staff were wonderful. Got free taxi service to and from getting my hire car.It was wonderful having a replacement vehicle to drive around. I would recommend RPM and Sixt to all my family and friends. Couldn’t fault either of them, they were great.
