possibly the rudest lady. I put in my jeans on Saturday and was told Wednesday. I have gone in Wednesday at 4pm and given them all day to be not greeted, she grabs my receipt and comes back and says they aren't ready until 5pm. I asked why weren't they done you have had them since Saturday. she gave me my paper back and said either 5pm or tomorrow. then she walked off. I am still without my jeans and paid over $60 to get them taken in slightly in the centre. I now have to go back Thursday and hope that they are done. Really not happy about this service and after reading the other reviews i will be getting my jeans and NEVER returning to pacific fair Look Smart. Appalling staff and lack of customer service. I work in retail and cannot believe how rude she was to me.

Charged me $144 just to alter the bustier of a dress. Then quoted me another $165 for the length and 2 pins on the shoulders. Went somewhere else and was quoted $80 for the same jobs!! Insane. Not even nice staff. Will never come back near this place again.

Brought some pants to shorten. The lady said that she was able to do the job on the same day, which was great.The price was quite high, compared to the price one of her colleagues gave me few days before for the same items.When I asked why the price difference, she said the colleague is new and was in training and must have done a mistake

Over priced,rude and shocking service. Was charged $150 to alter a dress which was so badly done it didn't fit , wasn't ready on time so took it back to get fixed only to be told that wasn't included in the price. For the price they charged me plus running late plus shocking job they should have done it for free. Never going back, they are a disgrace

Very unhappy with the “service”. I dropped a dress in a week before it was needed, on pick up day it was not ready. The staff stated they had “tried to call me” however I had no missed calls. I took off work early to collect the dress that only required minor strap alterations to find it wasn’t ready. I flew out 6am the following day and subsequently could not attend the event I needed the formal dress for. I would not recommend this service. Poor customer service and no time management skills. No refund. No apology. Regret walking into the place. My advice; go elsewhere.

Wanted to have suit alterations. Website mentioned could be done in 24 hours.Tried to phone 9am - 940 to ask if job could be done. No answer 3x between this time (google mentions opening time from 9am)Walked in at 930 am. Seamstress mentioned that she could not alter my suit but a different employee could (who was in at 12pm)Re-arrived at 12pm and was met by another worker. She stated she was unable to do alterations other than shortening sleeves, otherwise the job would be too surgical." All I really wanted was a narrowing of the sleeves

Beware- unprofessional workmanship, ruined my skirt and did not honour replacement guarantee. I requested a simple hem to be taken up on a skirt. The photo shows their dodgy workmanship- the back is 2 inches higher than the front. Returned it and was offered for them to take it up to even it out however as they had cut the hem too short the sales assistant agreed they could not fix it and said I had to wait for the manager to call me. After having to call the next week to chase the manager I was told they found the piece they cut off and they claim the skirt was 2 inches higher at the back- this is an outright lie to cover up their mistake. In addition, any seamstress would know a skirt hem is likely to be longer at the back than the front even if that was the case! Both the manager and area manager refused to compensate me for the $150 skirt, despite the company offering a compensation guarantee if they cannot repair the garment and I have only been offered a refund for the $55 I was charged for them to ruin the skirt. Avoid unless you want your garment ruined.
